Booking Policy
Kindly follow these steps to book any packages through our official website. For your convenience, You can use WhatsApp or our user-friendly website booking form to confirm your reservation.
STEP 1: Initiate the booking process by reaching out to us, providing details such as the number of guests, check-in/out dates, and any queries you may have.
STEP 2: Our team will promptly share campsite details and pricing. Select your date and confirm your booking.
STEP 3: To secure your reservation, a 40% advance payment is required.
STEP 4: Conveniently submit the advance amount through Paytm, Phone Pay, Google Pay, or bank transfer.
STEP 5: Upon receiving the advance payment, you’ll get a confirmation message containing payment information, camp address, camp manager’s contact, and guest details for coordination.
STEP 6: Complete the remaining 60% payment during check-in.
Note: By making the payment, you agree to our Regular Terms & Conditions and Booking Cancellation Terms. In specific cases, a 100% advance payment may be required.
Child Policy
- Children under five stay free with their parents.
- Children aged 6 to 10 can stay with their parents at 50% of the adult rates.
Cancellation Policy
- Full refund for cancellations made 15 days before the reservation date (Rs 500/- cancellation fee deducted).
- No refund for cancellations made 0 to 14 days before the reservation date.
- No refund in the event of a natural disaster.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days.
